Laura Lorusso Peterson

Laura is the 2019 recipient of the Falmouth Chamber's Citizen of the Year honor. She is involved in the running of her family's business, Cape Cod Aggregates Corp and enjoys volunteering in many capacities. In 2017, while recovering from thyroid cancer, Laura attend the SMART (Stress Management and Resiliency Training) Program at the Benson-Henry Institute. The benefits of that 8 week program were life changing.  She earned her certification to teach the Part program in the Fall of 2019 and she's looking forward to sharing the benefits with as many people as possible!

Christina Jacobi

Christina Jacobi holds degrees in both Art Education and Technology. While painting and mixed media are her primary interests, she also uses photography and computers to broaden her boundaries. Chris has exhibited widely on the Cape in both group and solo shows. She has taught in schools, colleges, libraries, and art centers for many years. Chris enjoys watching students of all ages as they learn to relax into the arts and have fun!

Matt Carron

A lifelong financial and investment management professional, Matt joined Heritage Finanical Services in 2007. As senior wealth manager, Matt operates as the primary partner for clients, helping them translate their life goals into sophisticated custom financial plans, then recalibrate constantly as their circumstances and goals evolve. Matt also serves as the hub of communication and coordination between Heritage and clients’ accountants, attorneys and insurance agents. Matt and his wife, Shannon, have three young boys. Larisa Hart

Larisa Hart is the Graphic Arts instructor at Falmouth High School. With over 15 years of experience in graphic design, she brings enthusiasm and a great sense of humor to the classroom!  Larisa is also an artist. She Illustrated the children's book, "The Cookie Loved Round the World: The Story of the Tollhouse Cookie" (Cape Cod resident, Kathleen Teahan, is the author). When not in the classroom, Larisa is spending time with her family, refinishing furniture, drawing on her Wacom tablet, or walking her Spinone Italiano, Tess.

Carol Thompson

Carol has been in the fitness industry for almost 40 years. She has a passion for any type of exercise and strives to improve lives through physical fitness. Carol earned a masters degree in physical education at Ohio State University and holds numerous certifications that enable her to teach a variety of fitness disciplines. Her one claim to fame was training Oprah while owning her fitness studio in downtown Chicago. Carol enjoys teaching tremendously and makes it her mission to personally connect to each student and all of her classes.
