Charlotte Caron

Charlotte Caron received her certification to teach exercise in 1985 when she worked with Gloria Stevens. After that she worked at The Better Body, and then in 1992 she taught at the Falmouth Senior Center through the Council on Aging. She began teaching her current class in 1987. She is certified through SFA as a Senior Fitness Instructor.

Stella Citrano

Stella Citrano has been knitting since she was a teenager.  She has displayed and sold her hand knitted items all over New England at various craft shows.  More recently she has taught Knitting for the Falmouth Community School and prior to that for the Town of Mashpee Adult Education.  She also teaches Knitting at ALL (Academy of Lifelong Learning) located at Cape Cod Community College in Hyannis.

Len Correia

Len Correia is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor and also a Certified Kickboxing Instructor. He has a Master's Degree in Education from Boston University, and has 40 years of experience as a Counselor for people with disabilities. Len has an extensive background in exercise, but he truly became committed to exercise when he discovered the fantastic benefits of participating in group exercise, first in Karate and then in Cardio Kickboxing. Kara De Geer

 Kara De Geer is a Head Teaching Professional for the Kevin Pease School of Tennis at the Falmouth Sports Center.  She was a USPTA under 30 Professional of the Year, a former nationally ranked player, current tennis director for the Falmouth Academy Summer Sports Camp, and Head coach for the girls varsity tennis at Falmouth High School. Kara is also a Tennis Professional for Woods Hole Golf Club.

Mary Grauerholz

Pilates

Mary Grauerholz has taught Stott-Style Pilates for more than 10 years. She has been taking Pilates since 1999, when she injured her back on an extreme backpacking trip. She soon discovered that the key to regaining mobility and health was in Pilates, the regimen developed almost a century ago by the physical trainer Joseph Pilates. Mary has lived in Falmouth more than 35 years. She is a professional writer and considers Pilates a true labor of love Mary Grauerholz has taught Stott-Style Pilates for more than 10 years.
