Shannon Sylvia
Shannon Sylvia is a Certified AEA Aqua Fitness Professional and Aquatic Arthritis Foundation Program Leader who has a lifelong love of dance and movement in and out of the water. She appreciates the benefits of movement and cardio with fun, upbeat music. Movement exercises have greatly improved her own health and fitness. She is excited to lead cardio, balance, flexibility, and strength while enjoying the benefits of water.
Matt Carron
A lifelong financial and investment management professional, Matt joined Heritage Finanical Services in 2007. As senior wealth manager, Matt operates as the primary partner for clients, helping them translate their life goals into sophisticated custom financial plans, then recalibrate constantly as their circumstances and goals evolve. Matt also serves as the hub of communication and coordination between Heritage and clients’ accountants, attorneys and insurance agents. Matt and his wife, Shannon, have three young boys. Ellen Brodsky
Ellen Brodsky is a lifelong lover of dance. She has studied Jazz, Modern, Belly Dance, Flamenco and Pilates and began with Ballroom for a family wedding. Starting in 1986, Mary French taught Ellen and her husband in Mary’s studio in Cataumet, and when the Arthur Murray Studio opened in Centerville in 1990, Ellen began training as a dance teacher. In 1992 Ellen began teaching at Falmouth Night School, soon expanding to two nights a week. At the Mary French Studio, she continued her apprenticeship and managed the studio for the winter months from 1997 until Mary’s death in 2008. In...
Margaret Pelletier
Margaret has taught Decorative Acrylic Painting in the Falmouth Community School for many years. She is a certified Decorative Painting instructor and loves teaching.
Sujata Ringawa
Sujata Ringawa taught in yoga classes, retreats, and health spas throughout the United States and Europe before moving to Cape Cod in 2004. She trained extensively in the Anusara yoga system, and received teacher certification in that style. In addition, she trained in the Iyengar yoga system, and was a previous a dancer-choreographer. Her love of movement is woven into her teaching. From 1999-2004, she was a yoga instructor in an international meditation ashram and retreat site, where she taught classes, workshops and teacher trainings.
