Please Note Our Policies: Once registered, students are automatically enrolled and should report to the first class.
 When day school is cancelled for weather or holidays, the Community School is also cancelled. However, when day school has half-day or in-service day, the Community School will meet.
 Full refunds will be given for classes cancelled by Falmouth Community School ONLY.
 No refunds will be given for any reason. Once you sign up for a class, the spot is yours. Any information and/or advice, either expressed or implied, in any Falmouth Community School course is that of the instructor.

Pamela Falcone

Pam Falcone is a yoga teacher,500 hr YTT from The Kind Yoga School in Centerville, MA. She is also certified in Yin Yoga, and combines both Hatha and Yin Yoga into her classes. She retired from nursing in 2019, which allows more time for pickleball, gardening, hiking, sculpting, knitting and spending time with her grandchildren.

Shannon Sylvia

Shannon Sylvia is a Certified AEA Aqua Fitness Professional and Aquatic Arthritis Foundation Program Leader who has a lifelong love of dance and movement in and out of the water. She appreciates the benefits of movement and cardio with fun, upbeat music. Movement exercises have greatly improved her own health and fitness. She is excited to lead cardio, balance, flexibility, and strength while enjoying the benefits of water.

Paul Gentile

Raised in upstate New York, Paul launched his career at Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation in the areas of strategic planning and IT. While in New York he worked at Cornell University and helped establish their first digital archiving conservation project before moving to an administrative position in the School of Engineering.   A Cape Cod resident since 1999, he has worked at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI) in IT. Most recently, he held the position of Energy Coordinator for the Town of Falmouth where he still coordinates various energy-related projects.   He has taught classes at WHOI, Mashpee Senior...

Laura Lorusso Peterson

Laura is the 2019 recipient of the Falmouth Chamber's Citizen of the Year honor. She is involved in the running of her family's business, Cape Cod Aggregates Corp and enjoys volunteering in many capacities. In 2017, while recovering from thyroid cancer, Laura attend the SMART (Stress Management and Resiliency Training) Program at the Benson-Henry Institute. The benefits of that 8 week program were life changing.  She earned her certification to teach the Part program in the Fall of 2019 and she's looking forward to sharing the benefits with as many people as possible!
