Aqua Yoga ~ Mondays @ 10:30am ~

Aqua yoga is for everyone!

In this class we will flow through a series of poses that move the body with ease and support.
This practice improves balance and body awareness and increases flexibility and strength.
Because water relieves weight from the joints, people with chronic pain or arthritis benefit
from moving in water.

Mondays @ 10:30am begins November 2nd ~ 6 weeks ~ No class on November 23rd.

All adult ages and all levels welcome. Come have fun and move in the water with us!

In the event of pool mechanical failure and/or pool closings, the Community School cannot be liable for lost class time.  There will be no make up classes if Atria closes the Pool for any reason.
