Aqua Deep Water ~ March 2025

Are you looking for a more intense aqua workout?  Deep-water exercise will allow for an intense workout without touching the floor of the pool.  It encourages proper alignment and form to strengthen your core.  Deep water is a complete workout for your entire body.  Belts will be available for students to use or you can purchase a belt on your own.  Shannon will be instructing this class from the deck demonstrating multiple moves with upbeat music.  

All adult ages are welcome. Participants are encouraged to modify to their level.  Come have fun and move in the water with us! 

Pool temp ranges 88-91 degrees

Begins on Monday, March 17th @ 9:30am ~ 8 weeks

In the event of pool mechanical failure and/or pool closings, the Community School cannot be liable for lost class time.  There will be no make ups if Atria closes the pool for any reason.
