Certified Personal Trainer Liz Saunders offers this 55 minute interactive and lively interval fitness class focusing on building muscle & core strength with balance and range of motion.  
LOW IMPACT.  Class often ends with 15 minutes on the mat for abdominals, posterior work and stretching.

FOCUS IS ON STRENGTH INTERVALS AND WILL BE PACED ACCORDINGLY.
As always, you can modify as needed.  
All levels welcome!  

For EACH CLASS, you should have available:
  • Weights – various sizes each class.
  • Lightweight sturdy chair for balance OR bench-style assisted exercises.
  • Mat or carpeted area for floor work (can be modified to chair if needed).
  • Depending on routine, mat/floor work may or may not be done.
  • Wall area clear of obstacles (for wall sits, modified push-ups, etc.). 
  • Water & sweat towel!
  • EACH class consists of a different strength routine.
