Each session begins with gentle stretches -  both lying down and seated postures. (participants can sit against the wall for support if needed.)Then there's a gradual shift into standing yoga poses - using walls and chairs for support, to help create  greater strength, stability and balance. Breath awareness and relaxation exercises are also included.
Please Note: This class does not include a yoga flow with continual up and down movements - but participants do eventually stand up to practice some poses. 
Please bring a yoga mat, belt and block.
