Give me 4 weeks and you'll learn to align your mind, body and spirit.  If you suffer from health conditions, you can reduce inflammation with the same diet that reduces plaque in the arteries, reverses diabetes, eliminates constipation and eases skin conditions.

We also discuss safe supplementation and eating a varied diet of nuts, seeds, fruits, vegetables, and grains, so you can forget about taking most vitamins!  You'll learn Empowerment, so if "it" works for you as an individual, continue to have it... if not, reduce or eliminate it.  You'll learn to exercise what works best for your body, not what society or the latest trend says.  

If we can include these in the class description, it may help to be a little more specific, which my initial intro is not lol.

  • Week 1 - The importance of sleep, exercise, meditation, focusing on our senses
  • Week 2 - Time management, macro/micro nutrients, food myths, portion control
  • Week 3 - Clean foods, herbs & spices, reading labels, shopping & prepping for success
  • Week 4 - Fad DIEts, digestion, chewing, snacking
