
Aqua Core and Strengthening ~ Summer 2023
REGISTRATION BEGINS MAY 12TH @ 9:00am
Use the buoyancy of water to improve your core fitness. A combination of Ai Chi (similar to Tai Chi, but in the water), water dumbbells, water exercises, and bar exercises on the side of the pool. Focus is on deep breathing, range of motion, balance and strengthening your core. Stretching with water will help you to stretch further while working on your balance. Tighten your abs in the water without straining your neck. Water dumbbells are provided. Your muscles will appreciate the warm water while you exercise to music.
Shannon is an exercise dance instructor and is certified as an Aqua Fitness Instructor. All adult ages and all levels welcome. Come have fun and move in the water with us!
