Body Conditioning through Dance
Class opens with mindfulness directed at how students are able to move in the moment. Dancing is done as lead/follow in a line dance format with popular music. A stretch of warmed muscles reconnects to the body before the end of class. There is no better exercise than dance for both the brain and body. Led by trained dance instructor, Ellen Brodsky.
Begins 3/3 at Lawrence School.
