20/20/20 Fitness MONDAY AM
Join us in this great fitness class in which you won't have time to get bored. Twenty minutes of various kinds of cardio, twenty minutes of toning floor work, and then twenty minutes of stretching, cooling down! Wear comfortable clothes and bring mat and water to class.
