In this class we will apply the principals of traditional Tai Chi along with Functional Strength Training exercises using hand weights. This is a balance of the traditional Tai Chi principle of yin and yang, beauty and strength, power with peace while practicing endurance with flow.
This class will begin with breath & Tai Chi beginner level (you can just follow along) and ends with functional strength training exercises and stretching.
All levels welcome. The only equipment needed is a set of light hand weights for the Functional Strength segment of class.
