Muscle Tone & Stretch
This class begins with dynamic warm-up followed by strength building exercises using hand weights, bands and body weight (no floor exercises) concludes with balance work and static stretching. This class is taught by Cindi Brennan W.I.T.T.S. CPFT with a focus on Senior Fitness
