This class is a joyful celebration of body, mind, and spirit offered in a safe, caring, compassionate environment. The experience of gentle yoga, simple choreography, positivity, and music from around the world is appropriate for all ages, bodies, and abilities. This dance through the energy centers of the body invites joy, fun, compassion, and peace. No experience is necessary! This class is taught by Peg Clarkin
