Cardio, Strength & Stretch
Instructor Cindie Brennan, CPT begins this class with dynamic stretching followed by a 15-minute low impact cardio sequence followed by 20-30 minutes of weight bearing exercises using combination of resistant bands and hand weights of your choice. The class concludes with balance exercises and static stretches. Please have your own weights and bands.
