Qi Qong is an ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused attention. Qi is a life force or vital energy that flows through all things in the universe. In this class, participants will learn to cultivate life energy or Qi in order to reduce anxiety and stress, improve digestion and instill energy back into the body. Taught by certified Group Exercise Instructor Robin Sullivan who has been teaching various exercise programs for 30+ years.
