Intro to Plant Based Cooking, Late Spring/Summer Edition
Build upon what you learned in the first session. Join Michelle Itzkowitz and add new skills and ingredients to create easy and healthy meals for your whole family. This class will focus on corn, tomatoes, and other fresh greens and fruits of the season. In each session we will cook with seasonal and local ingredients, as well as items you may have in your own pantry. Recipes, shopping list, and prep list will be sent out one week before class.
