Intro to Plant Based Cooking, Early Spring Edition
Looking for healthier options for weeknight meals that are easy and delicious? Join Michelle Itzkowitz to learn the basics of plant based cooking and cook along with her on Zoom to create delicious meals in your own kitchen. The class will focus on greens, fresh vegetables and grains. In each session we will cook with seasonal and local ingredients, as well as items you may have in your own pantry. Recipes, shopping list, and prep list will be sent out one week before class.
