Muscle Tone & Stretch
50 minute class using free weights of your choice as well as exercise resistance bands to build strength, improve balance, flexibility, dexterity, bone density while improving posture. Instructor Cindie Brennan, CPT includes a brief warm up with some stretching throughout the class while concluding with balance postures & additional stretching.
This class can be followed by standing, using a chair for assistance when necessary as well as being seated in the chair for a more modified exercise version. Please have your own weights and bands.
