Low Impact Strength Training for Women—Beginners
This is a safe Strength Training program for mature adults. It is taught by Len Correia, a certified Group Exercise Instructor, with advanced training in Senior Fitness, and Injury Prevention. Resistance bands are used for our classes. This provides a safer workout than weights as each student can easily modify any of the exercises. In addition to strengthening our muscles and bones, we also work on flexibility, balance, and coordination Please bring a mat to class. Fee for Resistance Tubes: $29 payable to instructor at first class.
There will be no refund or credit given if you decide not to participate once you have registered.
