Looking for healthier options for weeknight meals that are also easy and delicious? Join Michelle Itzkowitz to learn the basics of plant based cooking and cook along with her on Zoom to create delicious meals in your own kitchen. This class will focus on greens, fresh vegetables and grains. In each session of the Nourish Your innerglow series, we will cook with seasonal and local ingredients as well as items you may have in your own pantry. Recipes, shopping list and prep list will be sent to you before the class date.
