Tabatta is a high-intensity, interval training that consists of fast-paced exercises each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of ten seconds. Class members can raise or lower the intensity in which they perform these exercises. Some prefer to be slower and more methodical, while others choose to perform with more speed. Weights are optional but not necessary. All levels are welcome. Students are encouraged to go at their own pace. Taught by certified Group Exercise Instructor Robin Sullivan who has been teaching various exercise programs for 30+ years. Please bring mat and light weights to class.
