Stretch for Mobility-Standing and Mat
Enjoy a one hour relaxing stretch class that will help you to improve your flexibility and teach you to maintain proper posture and increase joint mobility with easy stretches and movements done on a mat or with a chair. Bring mat and a small pillow to first class. Optional items to bring: small ball(tennis or jacks), Yoga block, and/or strap. Instructor - Carol Thompson.
