Easy Plant-Based Cheezes 201
Make simple cheezes use ingredients you can find at your local grocery/natural food store/online. While these cheezes are simple to make, they require 12-24 hours culturing—they’re worth the wait! Demos-ingredients provided beforehand; Q&A and suggestions during the class; recipes, recorded videos provided after class. This menu is 100% plant-based, gluten & dairy-free:
- Cashew Soft Gruyere
- Cashew Cream Cheeze
- Tofu Cheeze
- Smoked Muenster (it melts!)
